Can you smell the patchouli

I asked my mom to be my portrait person. She picked the spot and what she would be doing. So here she is at her favorite spot to chant with her drum and talk to mother nature. The hardest part was her chanting, she closes her eyes a lot during it, so I ended up having to take about 300 photos. The sun was also a problem, so we moved around to find better lighting.

Week 8

I am quickly becoming a Photoshop addict! I am really enjoying learning all of the awesome things you can do with your photos! I love that I can take photos that I would normally delete and turn them into something  I love. In all of my edits I worked with midtone brightness, highlights, contrast and played with the shadows.
