I had a lot of fun with this weeks project! I drove all over Vermont to find different landscapes. Trying to find the "perfect" photo proved to be a little hard for me with the overcast skies. When I changed some of the photos to black and white I enjoyed them more but I kept them true for the blog.
I am instantly drawn to the first two shots here, I assume they were taken first thing in the morning. The monochromatic blue really makes these. The reeds in the second one make a good focal point. You guys had some beautiful skies last week. It's been a bit too clear and hot in this direction.
ReplyDeleteThey were taken just after sunset, at sunset lake. I would gladly trade the overcast skies for your clear, the rain is becoming a bit much! Thank you for the feed back.
ReplyDeleteI really love the first seven photos! They are amazing! I like the one with the water and the angle so you see through the grass growing in the lake. I also love the one with the balls with the landscape behind it. My third favorite would be the old barn with the landscape behind that. Great job this week! They are gorgeous.

Landscape photos seem to be a strength of yours. I love them all. The first two are captivating and soothing with the monochrome color scheme. The reeds in the water of the second photo appear as a sort of focal point which draws you to the remaining portions of the photo. Lovely.
